Sixth Meeting of the Cottages Centenary
Celebrations Planning Team
Held in Dingle Bay Hotel on Thursday, 9th July 2009.

1. It was agreed to set the price of the meal at €45.
2. The ticket design was selected and it was agreed to order 100 in postcard format.
3. Margaret reported that she had spoken with Padraig O’Shea about the music but he felt that we should go with a band that played more of a variety of music. He said he would be happy to come in a play a few tunes on the night. Mary is going to look into the two ladies who play for the old folks socials. Also she will look into The Jolly Ramblers who play in Annascaul.
4. Mary said that Father Jack was worried that he would not be well enough to say the Mass in October. It was agreed that Marie would ask the Cannon to co-celebrate the Mass with Father Jack.
5. It was agreed that there will be a cover charge of €10 for anyone wishing to come to the music after the meal.
6. Christy said that there was a possibility of funds from Udaras but he was not yet sure how much yet. He will follow it up.
